Strength to Exercise..

Getting the strength to exercise is a tast all by itself, mainly when you have 2 little ones to take care of.  The weekends I’ve noticed that I don’t do any exercises.  And during the week by the time I get home from work, dinner is done, baths are done, and kiddos are in bed I’m too tired to do anything.  All I want to do at that point is go to bed and get some rest before I do it all over again the next day.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to get yourself motivated to exercise?  There’s a certain amount of calories I need to burn in a day in order to reach my goal.  But for some reason that daily goal is not getting met…

Carbs, Calories, or Fat…

The question of the day is…which is better to have less of carbs, calories, or fat?  In one day the daily goal for my calories is 1200-1550, carbs 163-236, fat 32-56 and Protein 60-127.  For today I have went wayyyyy below my calories.  I have ended my day with only 923 calories, and that’s with logging everything in that I ate.  I have lost 2 lbs. in 2 days.  But which is better to have less of?  Any ideas out there? :)

Cravings..

What do you do when you crave something that you want?  But you know that it’s high in calories and it’s very fatting.  Like yesterday I ate a salad for lunch but was craving taco bell so the salad definitly didn’t stick to me.  So I ended up getting taco bell after eating the salad.  Then today I was craving food from whataburger.  So what do I do..I go to whataburger.  If if wasn’t for that I would of been fine on my calories and fat for today.  But since I ate that I went over on both.  Any ideas from anyone on what to do when you crave something?
